   This initial fee secures your consultation time slot with me. After purchasing, you will receive an email with my intake form. Once you have filled out the form, you will book a time that is convenient for you to have you one on one phone consultation. We will go over your goals, & discuss your customized plan. After your consultation, you will receive your customized meal plan, and workout program within 48 hours.
