In person gym training session. With this you will receive: 

1. An initial consultation, & intake form
2. Customized workout plan 
3. Pre-Booked one on one sessions 
4. One hour training session duration 
5. Cardio recommendation
6. Supplementation recommendations 
   
   This initial fee secures your consultation time slot with me. After purchasing, you will receive an email with my intake form. Once you have filled out the form, you will book a time that is convenient for you to have you one on one phone consultation. We will go over your goals, & discuss your customized plan. After your consultation, we will pre-book your first in person training session.
